Bentley Mulsanne Key Celebrates Its Centenary
Mulliner, Bentley's bespoke coachbuilding unit has designed a unique keycase to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Bentley brand. It's made of Dark stained Walnut with Piano Black Veneer and includes the flying "B" paperweight keys, as well as an unreleased booklet with 1930s 8 Litre images.

The configuration that is created is stored on individual R.F.I.D.-enabled key cards, which are presented to the guests in a custom-made key case. Bentley estimates it takes approximately 500 man hours to design and put together the typical Mulsanne. The unwillingness to embrace modern technology is the main factor to this time-consuming task. The Crewe factory workers don't use a machine to space perfectly matched cross stitched leather seats. Instead they do it by hand. Instead of using the car's built-in sensors to guide it to perpendicular and parallel parking spots drivers must do it by hand.
